project, in which we had to pick a location to
inform our own typographic intervention and
create a publication to present it. ‘Luring Confusion’ (my response to my location), was inspired by an unused building tucked away
behind London bridge station.
The metal panels covering the windows inspired
my choice to use metallic paper and emboss my
type onto it. The choice of the words ‘Luring
Confusion’ came from a place of curiousity and
the endless questions I had about my location.
What was this building used for? Who owns or owned it? Why is it no longer in use? And so on.
